Instructions to follow when you come to stay at the 3 Monts hiking trails (designated GREEN region):

  • If you have traveled or have been in contact with someone returning from a trip outside the country in the last 14 days, you must be in quarantine; 

  • A maximum of 10 people from different addresses or the occupants of 3 residences can gather inside or outside a tourist accommodation unit;

  • the vaccination passport is not compulsory for the rental of accommodation units.

  • If during your stay you experience symptoms, let us know at 418 281-4060! It is important ! 

  • Get more information by calling the coronavirus info line: 1 877 644-4545;

  • Follow the instructions and recommendations of Public Health in the event of symptoms of Covid-19.

Disinfectant :  

  • We provide you with a bottle of alcohol to regularly spray the surfaces before and after use;

  • We disinfect accommodation by spraying disinfectant after each rental.  

Cancellation policy

  • All cancellations must be made by written notice to the Lessor.

  • In the event of cancellation of the rental, the 30% deposit or full payment (if cancellation 7 days or less before the rental) will be retained by the Lessor as damages.

  • In the situation where the stay should be canceled or interrupted due to unforeseen problems with the building (water, electricity, etc.), the responsibility of the Landlord would be limited to the cost of the rental. Unused days would then be refunded, but no additional compensation would be granted.


The 3 Monts Footpaths Services remain accessible. The responsibility of each with regard to the instructions is requested and will be presumed. It is not possible for us to know the containment history of each of its visitors. The 3 Monts hiking trails ask its customers to respect all the public health instructions in force in order to fight against the spread of the virus.  


If you have not yet booked accommodation and you decide to book anyway today and then wish to cancel your reservation before your stay, as the Covid-19 situation is now known to all, the standard cancellation fees are applicable. 'will apply.

A COVID cancellation is possible in the following two (2) situations:

  • One of the people who must stay in one of our accommodation units is positive for COVID or must self-isolate while awaiting a COVID test on the dates reserved. You will need to provide  obligatorily  proof of the test before any reimbursement or postponement of the stay. 

  • The government is closing all access to our tourism business.  

In the event of one of the two (2) situations mentioned above, an administration fee of 30% will be charged per rental unit to be canceled.  We will also offer you the possibility of postponing your stay, free of charge, to a later date.  If accommodation is not available for your dates, you may choose another accommodation. You can adjust the number of people for your reservation.  



  We apologize that we cannot offer you more options, but understand that we are a non-profit organization. We have to think of everyone when applying a policy.
